This is exactly what Günther Klammer, Head of Plasticising Systems & Recycling, is working on together with his team. They are responsible for both the development and manufacture of the plasticising units, as well as for your process engineering advice.

The team combines a wide range of expertise: including metallurgy, rheology, plastics technology and much more. Our experts are continuously researching the complex physical and chemical interrelationships of plasticising processes to ensure your success with plasticising plastics in the future.

We know that when it comes to quality issues in plastic injection moulding, the plasticising process takes centre stage. That's why we don't let the manufacture of the heart of your injection moulding machine out of our control.

• We manufacture up to 90% of the plasticising components ourselves in our large-scale machine plant in St. Valentin, Austria.

• Around 12,000 screws and barrels, which are manufactured for the plasticising of plastic parts, currently leave our factory every year.

• We offer screws, locks and cylinders with diameters from 15 up to 260 mm.

• The number of plasticising screws produced is to be doubled by 2030.

In order to meet our high quality standards, we are heavily involved in the development of many production machines ourselves. With us, every single component involved in the plasticising of plastic parts is of the same high quality.

Reliable quality control is guaranteed for each manufactured part. The production parameters of the machines are monitored in real time, the data is collected and recorded in complete documentation. This allows us to avoid quality fluctuations during production. We combine high internal manufacturing capacities with lean production processes. This enables us to ensure consistently high quality and fast, global spare parts deliveries.
