ENGEL UK are hosting a full day event dedicated to ENGEL service solutions on 14 May at our UK HQ in Warwick. The event will show why service is so important and how ENGEL will support you for the lifetime of your machine:

The day will begin with a global as well as UK service update. Our experts are available 24/7 for round the clock support, whether on-site or online. We will present our service structure and how we can offer reactive, preventive and ultimately predictive maintenance for your injection moulding machines.

You will then learn about ENGEL’s digitalisation strategy, and how this is perfectly aligned with the life cycle of your products. Our digital service solutions mean higher machine availability, less waste and the ability to minimise unplanned maintenance incidents.

There will be a live stream from a customer machine so you can see our iQ digital suite of products in action. We will also demonstrate a simulated service request from the customer to our 24/7 hotline. This will give you the opportunity to see the whole procedure from start to finish, and how smoothly the help procedure is.

We want to take the opportunity to show you as much as we can during the day. Also on the agenda will be looking at e-connect customer portal, your platform for the entire injection moulding production.

With e-connect you will be able to measure your production targets via configurable online dashboards, keep an eye on operating times, downtimes, causes of failure, cycle times or production progress.

We will look at our shopfloor monitoring tool which analyses production data retrospectively and can recognise the optimisation potential at a touch of a button.

In the ENGEL demonstration room there will also be the opportunity to talk to our experts one-one with questions you may have on plast, oil supplies, training and any of our digital products.
