Thanks to our in-house development and production of plasticising components, we can realise screw diameters of up to Ø 260 mm. You can use it to reliably produce plastic water management systems with part weights of up to 100 kg. With the two-stage process, large shot weights can be realised on a small footprint with low energy consumption. A plastic technology chamber with a shot weight of 18.5 kg for water management is produced on an ENGEL duo 2700.

The two ENGEL duo 130000/130000H/8200 combi US machines have been put into operation at Infiltrator Water Technologies (IWT) in Winchester, Kentucky. The subsidiary of Advanced Drainage Systems (ADS) produces water management products there.
